How fun was this crazy wedding!!! I rarely stay all the way until the end of a wedding since most packages are covered within a certain window of time… but we shot Kevin and Monica’s wedding all the way until the end.. and I have to say… that bunch knew how to PARTY!! And what better backdrop for a wedding than the Los Coyotes Country Club! It is so gorgeous… and the day was perfect! Literally perfect! The weather was only very slightly warm.. bordering on cool. It was sunny and sometimes a bit overcast. Kevin and Monica were super easygoing.. down for anything.. and you guys know I love that!
We started the day with Monica and her girls getting dressed and ready at the Los Coyotes Country Club in Buena Park. Monica was wearing a beautiful lace white robe while getting ready. All of her bridesmaids wanted to help her put her wedding dress on so we got some funny pictures of them all around her. They were wearing muted pink dresses and she had a light pink and white bouquet of roses dripping with pearls. The bride finished putting her jewelry and shoes on and it was time for the first look!
We grabbed Kevin and told him it was time to see his bride all dressed up. He was so excited and anxiously waited at the end of the hallway at Los Coyotes Country Club. They had a very sweet first look after she tapped his shoulder they just laughed and hugged and he looked at her in awe. They then got their whole bridal parties and we shot some large group photos around the grounds. After that, we had plenty of time to shoot the couple all around Los Coyotes. We shot them reading their vows to each other and it was perfect and so intimate. They were all smiles that day which is rare when couples can get so easily stressed out on their wedding day! We then shot them all around Los Coyotes Country Club and they were down for every idea I had and everything I wanted to do! They were so fun and sweet and let me have a lot of their day to dedicate to getting some amazing photos. That’s why there are so many photos on this blog I just couldn’t limit it down! They were so sweet and natural in front of the camera. And so clearly in love. After lots of pictures and practically hiking around Los Coyotes Country Club, it was time for the ceremony. Both the groom and bride’s moms wore traditional Vietnamese wedding attire and Monica’s father walked her down the aisle. His groomsmen and officiant literally started dancing once she walked up it was super fun and low stress. It was a short and sweet ceremony, especially since they had read their vow to each other earlier. They kissed and walked back down the aisle as husband and wife!
Time for more photos, but at the best time of day: sunset! Los Coyotes Country Club has so many beautiful places to take photos including a big clock and a beautiful fountain that you can see featured here. We walked all around the grounds as the sun set and Kevin eventually ended up carrying Monica’s heels because by this point she was exhausted! After we got plenty of gorgeous photos it was time to party!
We headed to the reception in the banquet hall of Los Coyotes Country Club in Orange County. It was super gorgeous and decked out in their theme of pink and white. They did their grand entrance which went straight into their first dance. They danced with their parents and it was very emotional. They had a traditional white wedding cake with an icing trim and dotting all over it. It was super classy. After they cut the cake it was time to party! The guests lifted Kevin up in a chair and had a blast. We even got to stay all the way to the end and capture their sparkler exit. I loveee sparkler exits and it was super pretty. It was a great way to end such a special day.
