I don’t know about you but I have always dreamed of a chic estate wedding beautifully decorated in romantic details. I imagine a brick estate dripping in floral design. I dream about gorgeous early Americana details, white columns, antique brick with simple white detail. Well that was the gist of this beautiful Orange County Boho Wedding.
We started the day at the Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel which in it’s own right is one of the MOST beautiful hotels in OC. The stately purples and gold, adorned with chic modern furniture that feels both modern and vintage.

After shooting some fun photos and doing a first look at the Wyndham Arts Hotel in Costa Mesa we headed to The Estate on Second… you know that glorious beautiful manor that drips in Americana charm with the bricks and the columns! YEAH THAT ONE!
The Estate at Second rests at Second Street at the heart of the Arts district in Santa Ana.

Here are my favorites from The Estate on Second Wedding… the creative formals! We shot all around the property and at downtown Santa Ana, OC! they had the most gorgeous Boho gold and pink decor with custom crochet art piece at the front of their ceremony. The colors were just beautiful and the vibe was so eclectic! The Ceremony was moving. FYI Luis and Adriana took a moment to hold each other close forehead to forehead eyes closed, after the kiss and it was soooo moving
Finally the recepton. Imagine … beautiful pink crystals (which is for love, harmony and helps the heart chakra) attached to her hair piece and pearls draped around her hair…she was the portrait of peace) on the tables as decor, pink Flowers dripping everywhere, Andy the Dj playing some amazing tunes. Adriana looking gorgeous in her Dreamers and Lovers Dress. The beautiful gray marble and white cake with gold accents by Wendy Samano. On top of all of this eye candy there is gorgeous, sultry jazzy live music playing. The reception was heart felt and beautiful. Luis looked stunning, Adriana looked beautiful and their words brought the house down! Luis was a blast all day.. he laughed and you could not erase the gratitude, happiness, and bliss from his face! After the ceremony Jay’s Catering Company did their thing.. setting up the gorgeous venue and setting up some very hip food stations.. they made beautiful gluten free flat bread with amazing toppings and had a beautiful mac and cheese station!!! YAY! Adriana and Luis also provided amazing gourmet tacos. The night was filled with Jazz/rap music provided by Apollo Bebop! They were awesome! Plus DJ Andy was awesome! Their first dance song was Song of a Lifetime by Ziggy Marley…. very cool! A huge thanks to everyone that made this day possible.. the staff at Jay’s Catering Company was amazing.. the music and catering people.. the Cake girl.. Brown Baby Pastries.. everyone! THANK YOU… and of course the biggest thank you to Luis and Adriana for hiring me for their gorgeous and love filled event!!!
In conclusion I want to say that The Estate at Second was a wonderful location for a wedding. I had a great time shooting Adriana and Luis’s beautiful boho wedding. I want to thank everyone who made this day happen… all of the vendors who worked so hard to make this gorgeous and STUNNING day happen.
