What a day for a family session.. LOL It was sooo cold.. soo windy, but we had already rescheduled this session once and you all know how hard it is to get nearly 20 people together in one place for ANYTHING. So we went for it. The nice this is the overcast day made for dreamy portraits… the bummer was the wind ruined everyone’s hair.. i personally love that look but I know my clients don’t. None the less worst case scenario we can reshoot but the images were so beautiful and the moments so precious we decided to keep the session and order from these images. And I am glad we did. I know that everyone doesn’t look perfect but the love is perfect and really that is all that matters! Love you guys!!!

I have been shooting Jenny and Grant for years. Weddings, engagements, families, and the lot! They are some of my favorite clients and I love when they hit me up for another photo session. They’re HUGE Ducks fans and absolutely hilarious. I love their sons Remi and Henry and Remi is a total wild child. This shoot was a gift for Jenny’s parents for Christmas and I thought it was such a meaningful gift, i mean what’s more meaningful than capturing memories that last forever? We had to reschedule due to a covid scare but luckily everyone was fine but the weather was questionable and WINDY. I offered to reshoot their session completely free of charge because I knew they were not enjoying the wind and their hair going crazy but once I saw the pictures I knew they would love them. They came out so heartfelt, precious, and truly authentic. So despite the weather, we all had a blast and got to capture their HUGE family. A big shoutout to Jenny, Grant, and their entire family. It’s difficult to get this many people together and to be on time, ESPECIALLY for a reschedule so I’m grateful we managed to get it done. The whole family was so sweet and lovely and it was such an honor to be a part of their family’s memories and encapsulate something truly special.
