Robert and Erin are some of my oldest and most loyal clients and I absolutely LOVE shooting them and their beautiful family. I’ve shot everything for them from their wedding, maternity sessions, newborn sessions, and (of course) family portraits year after year. They’re some of my favorite clients and their family DEFINITELY holds a special place in my heart and I love seeing little Mathew and Princess Sophia grow up every time I shoot them. We started the day off at Cal Poly Pomona on a brisk January day. Luckily it wasn’t too cold or windy but definitely a January type of chilly BRRR. This lovely family was punctual as always and we went around one of my favorite spots and such a gorgeous campus that’s not too far from me, Cal Poly Pomona. We went through the gazebo rose garden, some tall grass areas, and Cal Poly Pomana has a GORGEOUS koi pond with fishes and turtles that the kids always love. I’m so honored to be their family’s favorite photographer and they refer me to endless people so I could not be more grateful for them. Mathew, their son, is always adorable and gets more photogenic each family session. He’s super silly and a blessing to photograph. Then there is beautiful miss princess Sophia who LOVES the camera and the camera loves her back. She always has a huge grin on her face and missing teeth and could not look happier.

Their family is a beam of sunlight and such a blast to photograph. This location isn’t too far of a drive from my home in Whittier and a preferred spot for my southern California based couples and families. This location has so many different shoot ideas and opportunities for me to get creative. It can look like four different places all mashed into one, which is my favorite way to do it. I like to make sure everyone gets a unique experience and photos when they choose me to shoot them and choosing locations with a variety of locations within themselves is one way I can achieve that. This family did a denim and light pink color theme and it looked super cute!!! Especially when we got to the rose garden area with all the pink roses they looked like they had planned it ahead LOL. Their kids were a blessing as always and I can’t wait to keep shooting their family for years to come. A big thank you to Erin and Robert for being such loyal and dedicated clients and letting me be an unofficial member of their family.
